Before you subscribe

Is Sirach2 sold or licensed?

Sirach2 is licensed, not sold. Your subscription provides a limited, non-transferable right to use the authorised modules, users, and devices during the subscription term.

What happens if a subscription expires?

The customer build moves to safe read-only and export access after the entitlement and offline-grace period end. The customer's business data is not held hostage.

Does the website store card information?

No. Live billing will use provider-hosted PayPal checkout. The public website and Sirach2 licensing service must never store card numbers or PayPal account passwords.

Can I move a licence to a replacement computer?

Yes. An authorised administrator can deactivate an old device and activate an approved replacement, subject to the plan's device limit.

Does Sirach2 work without internet?

The desktop application is local-first. Subscription validation supports a signed offline-grace period, while cloud sync and remote multi-user access require internet and a configured cloud service.

Are Windows and Mac included?

Windows customer builds are prepared. Public Mac distribution still requires Apple signing and notarisation before it should be offered as a normal customer download.
